Manufacturing Flow: Neutral Tubing Glass > Cutting & Mouding > Barrel Annealing > Acceptance > Insert and Secure a Staked needle (if required) > Washing & Siliconization > Sterilization > Ethylene Oxide Release > Finish Products
Insert and Secure a Staked Needle Process:
This critical process is conducted in a 100,000 class clean area spanning 657 square meters. Using advanced UV glue technology, needles are staked into glass syringes with a primary focus on ensuring perfect verticality and security.
Sterilization Process:
Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilization is employed to meet stringent medical requirements. Following the controlled release of EO, finished products are moved to a secure warehouse for distribution.
